Please kindly note that your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once the shipment reaches your country. HOW® will not be responsible for any local custom clearance charges. For more information on your local import taxes, you may seek your local customs office for accurate advice.

We seek your kind understanding in allowing 1-2 working days for your order to be processed. During high volume periods and sales, dispatch times may vary. Our little elves are working around the clock from Monday to Friday to get your order safely and promptly to you! Please note that weekends and public holidays are not factored in as working days.

If you have opted for International Tracked Shipping, please give your order approximately 3-5 working days to reach you after it has been dispatched. You may head onto the DHL site with the tracking number that has been provided to you via email to track the progress of your parcel!

Your order may also be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the above-mentioned delivery estimates. 

Avoid water from touching the micro USB charging port at all times. If the charging port comes in contact with water, cease operation immediately. Wipe dry and leave it in the open air to dry. If you see white crystalline granules appearing after a period of time, here’s what you can do. Pour a small amount of citric acid or white vinegar in the tank and let it rest for 30 minutes. You may subsequently pour out the soaking solution and rinse with clean water for about 3-5 times.

 

Safety Instructions:

1. Ensure that the device is not placed near heat emitting appliances or in contact with direct sunlight.

2. Check your location power voltage before connecting the device to the main power supply.

3. Do not leave the device in a humid environment while connected to the power supply.

4. Do not submerge the device in water or in any liquids.

5. Unplug the charging cable before cleaning the water tank.

6. Close supervision is required when using this device near children.

7. This device is strictly not for industrial and commercial purposes.

8. Do not operate the device with a damaged USB charging port or if its damaged and malfunctioning.

The quality of water filled into the bottle should strictly be bottled mineral water, purified water or filtered tap water. Do not pour any tea, juices, sweet beverages or other chemical solutions to avoid contaminating and damaging the electrodes within the SPE Membrane. 

Be sure to wash and disinfect the bottle with neutral dishwashing detergents or even with small amounts of white vinegar. Ensure that water does not get into the socket area. To safely clean the base, you may use a wet cloth to avoid damage.
